The project designed as an entry to the Reinventing Paris Competition focuses on creating an aprtment complex that includes both public work spaces and private units in response to the increasing density of of the city. ‘Highrise of Homes’, just as the name suggests, it is a ‘shelf’ of homes paired with communal spaces between the three tower typologies. This in not only reflected in the internal layout but also the façade which is an amalgam of various claddings and windows.

Exploring Organizational Strategies
To make this blurred mesh between individual and collective more accommodating and homely, each client would get a chance to design their own unit and work space.

The sectional perspective aims to create an image showing both the main focus points. These are individual vs collective, by having both types of spaces and apartment vs house, by showing the different ways families or individuals use and create their own spaces. It highlights the possibility of growing old in a place like this, surrounded by large buildings and roads. The life of the person highlighted in red is shown as you go up the building by the different stages of it.
